Tiger Abubo

Tiger Abubo was born and raised on the North Shore of Kauaʻi, Hawaii, which he still calls home today. Tiger has been surfing for as long as he can remember, growing up in the ocean and developing a deep connection to the waves. For Tiger, surfing is about the feeling of being in the water—when he paddles out, everything else fades away and it becomes just him and the ocean. The constantly changing nature of waves keeps him learning, refining his craft, and pushing himself to improve.

In 2025, Tiger earned a Bronze Medal in the U18 Boys division at the ISA World Junior Championships, and he is also a two-time USA National Champion and two-time Hawaii State Champion. Known for his powerful backside snap, deep bottom turns, and composure in challenging conditions, Tiger combines natural talent with a thoughtful, patient approach to his craft.

As he continues to progress, Tiger represents the next generation of Hawaiian surfers—grounded in his home on Kauaʻi and driven by his desire to be the best.
