Jake Ilardi
Jake Ilardi is a professional street skateboarder from Osprey, Florida, and one of the first athletes to represent Team USA at the inaugural Olympic skateboarding competition in Tokyo 2020, where he placed 11th. Known for his powerful, consistent skating style and technical rail work, Jake has earned the nickname "the racehorse" for his high-speed approach to contests. His signature tricks include the big flip frontside boardslide, big spin blunt, and kickflip blunt—maneuvers he can land with remarkable consistency.
Jake's career highlights include winning back-to-back Red Bull Roller Coaster championships (2018, 2019), placing 2nd at Tampa Pro 2019, and winning the 2017 Am Getting Paid competition with a $10,000 prize. Raised by his grandmother in a small Florida town, Jake's journey from working the night shift at Publix to competing on the world's biggest stages embodies the skateboarding dream. He continues to advocate for skate park development in his hometown while training for the 2028 Olympics.
