Auburn Hilley
An east coast native born and raised in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Auburn caught the surf bug early in her life at just five years old - entering, and winning, her first contest at age 6.
From her initial first place finish, Auburn has now added a slew of accomplishments in her early career, claiming accolades like a Quarterfinal finish at Roxy Jr Pro at 11 yrs old, becoming a member of the USA Jr National Surf Team and a regional first place finish at the Rip Curl Grom search 2024 and a second place finish in the National Rip Curl Grom Search event in 2025.
Looking ahead, Auburn has her sights set on WSL’s QS circuit, taking inspiration from her friends, personal heroes (and fellow Floridians!) Caroline Marks and Lisa Andersen. Already competing within the QS event series, Auburn will compete in the 25/26 season as well as select invitational events as well. Auburn is fired up about the season and years ahead, ready to make a mark of her own in the world of surfing.
